Meet Suzanne
A fourth-generation Californian, Suzanne Hughes has called Marin County home for over 30 years. Growing up in a family deeply rooted in real estate—her father an architect, her mother a realtor, and her spouse a custom homebuilder—Suzanne developed a lifelong understanding of how homes are designed, built, and lived in. Combined with decades of experience in sales and merchandising, she brings expert knowledge and attention to detail to every real estate transaction. In 2024, Suzanne joined the Achuck Zech Team, which became the top Compass team in Marin County for sales volume in 2025. This partnership enhances her ability to deliver the most favorable results for clients buying or selling homes throughout Marin County.
As a mom who raised four children in Marin, Suzanne has firsthand insight into the unique character of each town and community—from schools and local amenities to neighborhoods and lifestyle opportunities. She uses this knowledge to guide clients thoughtfully, whether they are buying, selling, or renovating a home in Marin County. Now embracing her role as an empty nester, Suzanne remains deeply connected to the Marin community and enjoys her newfound passions, pickleball and mahjong, which reflect her love for strategy, connection, and fun.
